Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Parci website and web application (and, once they launch, the Telegram Mini App and bot) (the “Service”), operated by [OPERATOR — legal name, registration number, address] (“we”). By creating an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure.
1. What the Service is
Parci provides market analytics for crypto assets: price projections, turn windows, a trading filter, trend and notifications, together with measured statistics of how the models performed on historical data. The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, does not recommend buying or selling any asset and does not execute trades. All decisions are yours.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- You sign up with an e-mail address and password; sign-in with Telegram will be added when the Telegram bot launches. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
- One person — one account. You may join accounts that belong to you in Settings.
- We may suspend or block an account that breaks these terms, attacks the Service or abuses other users. We record such actions and the reason.
3. Plans and payments
The Service has a free plan (Free) and paid plans (Pro and Premium) with the prices shown on the website. Payments for the paid plans are not open yet, so nothing is charged; there is no trial period. The rules for payment, renewals and refunds will be published before payments open and will apply only after you choose and pay for a paid plan.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: scrape or resell data from the Service; interfere with its operation or security; access other users’ data; use automated means beyond normal personal use; use the Service against the law.
5. Market data and content
Market data comes from third-party sources (currently Binance) and is displayed for your personal information. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. You may not redistribute it. The analytics, texts, design and software of the Service belong to us or our licensors.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, timely notifications or error-free calculations. We may change or discontinue features; we will announce material changes in advance where possible.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for decisions made on the basis of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Liability cap and consumer-law carve-outs to be set by counsel.]
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings; your personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate the Service for everyone with reasonable notice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded; for material changes we will ask you to accept the new version.
